Aonab Group warrants that genuine units purchased directly through our website will be free from hardware manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of package delivery.
This limited warranty covers optical boundary sensors, dynamic OLED matrix display, motorized foot locomotion, and the autonomous self-charging Home Station docking base. It does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental drops, liquid immersion, or unauthorized firmware modifications.
The EMO Smart AI Desktop Pet & Companion Robot is an authentic, patented hardware creation engineered by LivingAI (living.ai). All related trademarks, trade dress, product designs, patents, logos, and companion mobile software copyrights (including EMO, EMOPET, and LivingAI) are the exclusive intellectual property of LivingAI.
Aonab Group operates as an independent, authorized distributor and retailer of 100% genuine factory-sealed units. LivingAI holds and administers all core manufacturer intellectual property, proprietary neural voice algorithms, mobile application infrastructure, and original software terms of service.
In no case shall Aonab Group, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or service.
